The Three Day Diet to lose 2-4 kg easily

This diet is known as lightning. It lasts only three days, and it should not go beyond this lapse, because it can cause much weakness, since its caloric level is very low with respect to the necessary daily range.

If the diet is strictly followed, it can be reduced from 2 to 4 kilos in the three days.

First day

Breakfast:
Half a grapefruit, a toast, a teaspoon of peanut butter. Tea or coffee without sugar.

lunch
Half a can of tuna in water, a toast, tea or coffee.

Dinner
Two servings of any kind of grilled or baked meat, one cup of kidney beans, one small apple, and one small glass of vanilla ice cream.

Second day

Breakfast:
A hard boiled egg, half a banana, a toast, tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch:
One cup of cottage cheese, five soda crackers, unsweetened tea or coffee.

Dinner:
Two sausages, one cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrot, half a banana, or half a cup of vanilla ice cream. Tea or coffee without sugar.

Third day

Breakfast:
Five soda crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, a small apple, unsweetened tea or coffee.

Lunch:
A hard boiled egg, a toast, tea or coffee.

Dinner:
Half a can of tuna in water, a cup of boiled goats, half a small melon or half a cup of vanilla ice cream. Tea or coffee without sugar.
